Fahad Abukari

Founder & CEO

Fahad Abukari is the Founder and CEO of PeekAbode, bringing together his experience in real estate, hospitality, revenue management, and entrepreneurship to build a better way for real estate professionals to get things done.

With five years of experience as a licensed real estate agent, Fahad has worked directly with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants across the Texas real estate market. His experience in the field has given him firsthand insight into the challenges agents and clients face when it comes to showings, property access, inspections, photography, and other time-sensitive real estate services.

In addition to real estate, Fahad has built a career in hotel revenue management, where he specializes in pricing strategy, market analysis, forecasting, and maximizing revenue performance. This combination of analytical experience and firsthand real estate experience helped shape the idea behind PeekAbode.

Fahad founded PeekAbode with a simple goal: to make it easier for real estate professionals to find reliable help when they need it, while creating new opportunities for agents to monetize their time and expertise.

Through PeekAbode, Fahad is working to build a technology platform that connects real estate professionals with on-demand services and opportunities, making the real estate process more efficient for everyone involved.

Ved

Software Developer

Ved is the software developer behind PeekAbode's web and mobile products, responsible for building and shipping the platform that powers the company's on-demand real estate services marketplace across iOS, Android, and the web.

He built PeekAbode's mobile apps as a cross-platform product on React Native and Expo, with a single codebase serving both the iOS and Android releases. On the backend and infrastructure side, his work covers authentication and data through Supabase, payments through Stripe, push notifications through Firebase and APNs, and the AI-assisted features layered into the product experience. Alongside the apps, he develops and maintains peekabode.com, keeping the web presence aligned with the product as it evolves.

Beyond writing code, Ved owns the release process end to end. He has taken PeekAbode through the full Google Play publishing workflow, from closed testing to a live production listing, and through Apple's App Store review cycle, including the compliance work that modern consumer apps demand: App Tracking Transparency, in-app account deletion, and moderation safeguards for user-generated content. That work reflects how he approaches engineering in general, treating security, privacy, and platform compliance as part of the build rather than an afterthought.

His approach is AI-native, using modern AI tooling to compress the distance between an idea and a working product. That suits a startup environment where speed matters, and it is a large part of how PeekAbode has been able to move from concept to a live product on two app stores with a lean team.

Ved also brings a product and design sensibility shaped by years of work in branding, content, and digital marketing before moving into full-time product development. It gives him a view of the app that goes past the codebase, covering how users find the product, understand it in the first thirty seconds, and decide to trust it with a request. He is currently completing a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA), alongside a largely self-taught foundation in mobile and web engineering.

At PeekAbode, Ved is focused on building technology that makes real estate services genuinely easy to request, accept, and complete. His guiding principle is simple: the best product is the one that ships, gets used, and gets better every week.
